Owns Horse(s)? Yes
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Kerrits is synonymous with comfort and style to me. I will only ride cross country in breeches made my Kerrits because they allow me the freedom of movement while galloping at top speed. My favorite Kerrits shirts not only make me look great and feel confident and "put together", but they also wash up really well (no extra pony kiss stains!). I would love to be an ambassador for Kerrits because the quality of riding clothes just can't be beat. My favorite cross country breeches have not only lasted for two seasons of eventing, but they also have no holes (even after I took a fall at a water jump 2 months ago!). My cross country breeches keep me secure in the saddle, as well as allow me to bend and move as much as I need to!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? My passions as a rider include eventing (although I began as a hunter/jumper and just realized that I love the adrenaline rush of cross country!). I have a 9-year-old appendix gelding who is an off-track thoroughbred. I'm passionate about recycling race horses and training them to be jumpers and eventers rather than having them sold to slaughter. My dream is to take my horse to the NAJYRC before I turn 18, and one day to compete at Rolex and eventually, the Olympics! As an ambassador, I will work hard to promote the brand that I believe in and trust. Kerrits is high quality performance clothing and I constantly tell others about how much I love the fit and comfort.
What is your connection to Kerrits? The first time that I saw Kerrits brand was when I was in first grade! I noticed the little carrot logo and told my mom that I wanted "those" pants. They just happened to fit me really well, and my mom was happy about the price, too! I wore my "carrot" pants until I outgrew them, and now whenever I'm shopping online or I'm at a show and the vendors are selling clothing, I sort through everything to look for your logo. While I do have other brands that make my list of favorites, nothing fits me like Kerrits does. I'm pretty small, but I have a lot of muscle from riding. Kerrits already has a connection to 3-day Eventing, by sponsoring the Event at Rebecca Farms and Taylor McFall. I would love to be able to be associated with Kerrits!
