Owns Horse(s)? Yes

What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Every interaction with a horse is an opportunity to show not only the horse, but also the observer, what kind of horse person I am, and good stewardship of the animal and good sportsmanship take precedence over success. Being an ambassador is about remaining accountable as a rider and displaying good horsemanship and character. It's about sharing my passion for the Kerrits brand as well as how it helps me pursue my dreams as a rider, trainer and competitor.

What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? Like many other riders, my passion is developing a strong partnership with my horse. It's about taking that partnership and strengthening it even more with the challenges and thrills of eventing. Each event makes us a little stronger, braver, and wiser--together! I also love pursuing knowledge and sharing it with young, green horses and riders! My passion as an ambassador follows the same thread: learning more about the Kerrits brand and sharing that knowledge with others who would benefit from it.

What is your connection to Kerrits? Like many other horse crazy kids, when I got my first Kerrits jodhpurs I was thrilled to plant carrot seeds in my parents'  backyard to eventually grow treats for my favorite horses and ponies. They quickly nixed that idea, but seventeen years later I still make the same plans each time I purchase a Kerrits product. In fact, I still have the seeds from the very first pair of white full seat breeches I ever purchased (much to the envy of everyone in the barn) and plan to plant them now that the weather is more conducive!
