Owns Horse(s)? Yes
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? It means being able to wear my Kerrits gear with pride and show everyone around me that this is a brand that I love because I know anytime I wear any of the products, I will look good.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? My passions as a rider are riding and competing on my Thoroughbred, Rio. He's such a gem and and is so talented at everything we try. We originally bought him as an eventer but he now is a competent games horse. He's a really quick learner and tries so hard at everything we do. Riding in general gives me such a rush, even when I'm nervous about doing a higher height in jumping, once I'm out there, the rush I get overcomes the fear. Rio is such a bold horse, allowing us to go further up the grades, which makes me enjoy riding even more.
What is your connection to Kerrits? The first time I encountered Kerrits was when I went riding with one of my friends and she was wearing her Kerrits shirt. I instantly fell in love with the shirt and was determined to get one of my own. My mum surprised me by getting me a Kerrits riding vest which I wore everyday I went riding. Later I also got some black Kerrits jodhpurs for pony club rallies, white jodhpurs for competitions and a riding shirt for training. Then I got some tan performance jodhpurs for pony club competitions since you're not allowed to wear white for pony club. The next purchase will definitely be the ice fil jodhpurs.
