Owns Horse(s)? Yes
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being a Kerrits amabassador would mean that I am part of a team that not only provides beautiful riding clothes, but also provides clothes that make me feel beautiful while in the saddle or just in town. It would mean the world to me to be apart of a brand that creates clothes that go over and beyond providing the necessary qualities for our sport, as well as being part of a team of amazing and talented riders and horses.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? My passions as a rider would be making my horses happy! There is no greater feeling than when I adjust the way I ask a question while riding, and my horse happily answers correct. As well, I love to advocate for off the track thoroughbreds. In fact, I am taking an adopted ottb mare to The Retired Race Horse Project this fall in Kentucky. I love how versatile and sweet the breed of horse is! As an ambassador, I would say that my passions lie in representing the products to my highest standard possible. I believe that a person says a lot about the product that they are representing, therefore I am as respectful, empathetic, and happy as possible!
What is your connection to Kerrits? My first experience with Kerrits would be when I was six years old. (Nine years ago) For the life of her, my Mother could not find a pair of riding breeches that were light enough to be worn in the summer heat of the Bahamas (where I grew up) and also classy enough to be worn in the show ring. Then, she was recommended Kerrits by a friend. She bought me first pair when I was six, and now I have never loved any other type of breeches than Kerrits! I have over ten pairs now, and my little cousin is wearing those first pair of breeches (the ones I got when I was six) as she begins riding lessons!
