Owns Horse(s)? Yes
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being a Kerrits Ambassador means belonging to a great community within the equestrian community. The Kerrits name carries the reputation of quality and versatility that is known among horse people. Being able to represent the the Kerrits brand would be a great opportunity and privilege. I am currently looking at Equine Science programs at several colleges across the country and being able to represent Kerrits as I continue to grow as a rider and pursue a professional equine career would be an honor that I can carry with me.!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? For me, owning and riding horses is a lifestyle, a passion, and a commitment to a truly magnificent creature. There is always more to learn, more to practice, and more to achieve in the horse world. Throughout my experience with riding, I have learned that horsemanship is a constantly evolving field. As I learn and grow with the equestrian community, I plan to take Kerrits with me. Being able to spread the word about Kerrits in an official capacity would be an amazing opportunity. As I continue my training at my hunter/jumper facility, at local hunter jumper shows, and at local and regional barrel racing events, I feel I would represent the kerrits brand with style, class, and distinction.!
What is your connection to Kerrits? I made my first Kerrits purchase several years ago at a sales booth at the Horse World Expo in Maryland and I have been hooked ever since. I was originally drawn to the lightness of the Ice Fil shirts and now they are basically all I wear. The Ice Fil shirts and tights help me through the summer heat. Last year when I was planning for a riding trip to Ireland, I discovered the Sherpa fleece jacket. Now, living in the Northeast, I live in my Sherpa fleece and winter riding breeches all winter.
