Owns Horse(s)? Yes

What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Two years ago, when I dreamed of transitioning to a full time career within the equine industry, one of the first things I did was to apply for Ambassadorship at Kerrits. Being a Kerrits Ambassador means the world to me, because becoming an Ambassador gave me courage to go out and do what I needed to in order to work with the horses I love so much.

I take the honor of Ambassadorship very seriously and I am proud to promote a US based company that is equally proud of the products it produces. The attention to detail is exquisite and the technical innovation Kerrits offer means equestrian athletes can perform without worrying if their apparel will hold up, chafe, or not stay close to the body in all the right places.

What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? As a lifelong equestrian, I am passionate about promoting positive change within the equine industry and working to promote work that brings innovation to the industry as well as promoting causes that help horses live happy, full and productive lives.

I love sharing the product line with customers and I believe it is important for equestrians to experience the look and feel of the clothing first hand. One year, at a show team awards banquet, I was able to present real fabric swatches from the most recent Fall product line and that was awesome. The parents and students really appreciated the ability to touch and feel the fabrics and see the colors in person. So I am passionate about getting people excited about the gorgeous product lines that come out each season.

As I become older, I care less about specific disciplines and love what all of them can teach me as a rider. I do love Dressage and never mind popping over a few fences. I am eager to try new disciplines and look forward to my first endurance ride and trying Reining.

What is your connection to Kerrits? It must have been around 2004 when I got my first pair of Kerrits and a matching top to ride in the blazing Texas heat. The breeches were gray with a drawstring and I still wear them! They've held up beautifully and I've accidentally thrown them in the dryer countless times!

My all time favorite breeches are the Channel Rib Flex Tights. They hug in all the right places and make me feel more secure in the saddle. When I saw the company story and witnessed first hand the quality of products they were consistently producing, I was hooked!
