Owns Horse(s)? Yes. The primary disciplines of riding for me are quite grand. I learned patience. If you want to truly ride a horse, you need to have patience. Patience will get you jumping 3' jumps at shows. Patience will benefit you everywhere, not just in riding. Having this character trait will make you a better person, too. It's great to not just be able to win a first place ribbon, but to be on good terms with your parents, too!
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? The meaning of being a Kerrits Ambassador to me is honor. It would be a true honor for me to represent a company so professional. I've grown up wearing the Kerrits brand, and I would love to represent Kerrits formally. Since I was young, I have always had leadership traits and I like to volunteer. If I am picked as an ambassador, I guarantee that I can live up to that title.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? As a rider, I love to jump. The fresh burst of air over a jump is one of the main reasons I ride. As an ambassador, I like to volunteer and promote. I'm great with arts and crafts and I'm a social butterfly!
What is your connection to Kerrits? When I was almost five years old, I walked into a Griff's store and told my mom that my breeches simply HAD to be purple. We went to the breeches section and I was seriously disappointed. There were no purple breeches! Suddenly, a woman came from out back, and there was the best breeches I ever saw! They were purple, and they had silver horses sown into the back. They were my dream pair! We walked out, and I was the happiest girl in the world. They were worn until I simply couldn't fit them anymore! Then again Kerrits brand is the best. I bought those breeches, and that set up my riding life alongside this brand.
