Owns Horse(s)? Yes
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being a Kerrits ambassador means showing that you can be comfortable and look professional while riding. The apparel is all around good for anything. Schooling, showing, hacking or even walking into the grocery store after my day at the barn. And being an ambassador means stepping up as a leader. Being one of the older girls at my barn, there are a lot of girls that look up to me. Being a good example to everyone you come in contact with and representing Kerrits positively.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? From a very young age I've been passionate about horses. Before I actually owned my first horse I went to years of summer horse camp in Northern Michigan and spent as much time as I could talking to the horses and petting them. I took lessons for a few years on school horses and spent more than 12 hours at the barn in the summer helping out. At one point I even had a bad injury from riding but that didn't stop me from getting back on and showing. Then finally after years and years of begging I was blessed to get an AQHA my first year of high school. Ever since I have spent hours training and taking care of my horses. Putting in my own money as a teenager to help my parents out. As an ambassador I would love to promote Kerrits on social media because I know I already post a lot of pictures of my horses and I'd love to promote this amazing brand.
What is your connection to Kerrits? My very first pair of Kerrits I got for my birthday when I was 14 right before I got my first horse. They were the Klassic Performance Riding Tight and I wore them everyday to the barn. They are so comfortable, it's almost like wearing leggings. I've loved Kerrits ever since and I begged my mom for another pair that I could use for pre show schooling.
