A thoroughbred placement program in New Jersey who re homes/retrains/rehabs thoroughbreds into new disciplines. We are always showing horses to potential clients no matter what discipline. What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being a Kerrits Ambassador means to positively promote Kerrits to all. There is no better way to effectively market a brand than word of mouth from people who you trust. Showing how much you enjoy a product and company to your barn, clients, future customers, and social media fan base is fun!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? My passion as a rider is to enjoy the lifestyle I love! I began riding horses at the early age of 5 and it is apart of who I am. Training horses is my passion and I don't know who I would be without it. I've met the best people, and have had the greatest opportunities thanks to horses. I believe that no matter what you should always keep a positive mindset. I live in a way that if someone talked bad about you, no one would believe it. I was never able to afford my own horse and I truly believe it was the greatest blessing. I was able to ride every horse that came my way, and it really molded me into the rider I am too. I look forward every day to putting my foot in the stirrup and learning what each horse has to teach me and what I have to teach them! It's the best feeling in the world!
What is your connection to Kerrits? I started wearing Kerrits back when I was 10 years old. After trying on my first pair at Dover Saddlery, it was love at first site. The lightweight material and fun colors won me over! The Kerrits tights keep you cool on summer days while riding 5+ horses a day! I also teach summer camps and beginner riding lessons, and they are my first go-to pants to tell the parents. They come in easy sizes, xs, s, m, l, xl that are comparable sizes for all to understand. The elastic waist band and stretchy material is great for growing kids. I also enjoy the full seat breeches for riding all the green bean horses! No better breeches for making sure you "stick in the saddle". I make sure the first ride with the new off the track thoroughbreds are in my fullseat Kerrits. Once I saw Kerrits come out with more then just pants I was so excited! If I loved their pants; I can't wait have the vests and riding shirts!
