Owns Horse(s)? Yes. I am competing once a month right now, during schooling season, but getting ready to show 2-3 times per month once show season officially starts (next month). I show in a circuit through the Colorado Hunter Jumper Assoc. and will go to Estes Park, Co. this summer to show in the Copper Penny. It's a huge show in the mountains and it's super fun! Right now I show up to 2'-2'3" jumps and medium stirrup classes.
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Becoming a Kerrits Ambassador means that I would have the top quality clothing and equipment when I show and ride. I would love to promote the brand that I love as I ride in the most comfortable breeches and show shirts. I could help promote Kerrits by posting about the awesome benefits of your products on my instagram and my blog Wild Style Equestrian, and also on Facebook.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? As I pursue my goals to become a nationally ranked rider, I hope to inspire girls and women to follow their dreams. I am continuing to grow as a rider and get better and I know how scary and intimidating it can be to get on a horse and make him jump. I want all girls to know that they can do it too!
What is your connection to Kerrits? I am inspired by the Kerrits story of women working together to build something amazing. I am in the process of buying my first horse and I think it's so cool to do business with my mom, my trainer (who is a woman) and my grandmother. These women have taught me that I can do all of the things I put my mind to and so does Kerrits! I love the Kerrits summer line. It's really nice and breathable and fits comfortably.
