Haley Fava

Eventing

Owns Horse(s)? Yes, My primary discipline is Eventing, but I have experience in about everything else. I have been a rodeo princess, done some western shows, and dabbled in the hunter/jumper rings as well. I have also competed in the Northern California JR/YR Dressage Championships, placing 3rd, qualifying for state championships. I have showed up to novice eventing, schooling training stadium and cross country. I have now taken on the challenge of training a green paint mare, so I am now competing at the beginner novice level, and training dressage!

What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being a Kerrits ambassador means supporting a company that I truly believe in. Spreading the word and increasing sales by as much as I can to help a favorite company of mine grow to become bigger than they are today. Also, keeping a cool sense of style and looking my best whether in the show or schooling ring in my favorite kerrits outfit!

What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? My passions as a rider are to help bring out the best in my horse and me. I've been training a green baby since last October, so I've been molding my horse, Reyna, into a solid event and dressage horse. I also work for a riding program, helping people of all ages develop a bond and connection with one of our 100 school horses. My passion is to help share my gifts & talents with those around me to create a strong community of experienced horse lovers! As an ambassador, I love talking to others and meeting new people! I am a very outgoing person, and I love creating a conversation with just about anyone! I would love to represent Kerrits in my barn and at shows around California, by telling others that I am a proud ambassador of your company!

What is your connection to Kerrits? My first pair of breeches were Kerrits! I saw many other girls wearing your breeches around the barn, and I knew I had to get some! I went to a local tack store and picked up my very first pair. Ever since then, my collection has grown to over 5 pairs. They are so comfortable and allow me to perform at my best.
