Owns Horse(s)? Yes

What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? I love Kerrits! Started wearing them 3 years ago when after 25+ years of not riding, I bought my Friesian mare and jumped into dressage. SO much to learn. Being comfortable is important. Kerrits takes care of that for me. Excellent quality clothing. I never thought in my life I'd wear any sort of breeches as I'm not small (5'11") and a little larger than I'd prefer to be but Kerrits look and feel good and I wear them without feeling embarrassed if I have to go anywhere than the barn.

What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? I set my love of horses aside to raise my son. He's grown and on his own and 3 years ago I bought my dream horse, a 3 year old Friesian mare.  Probably not the best starting horse after 25+ years of not riding but she and I are having a wonderful journey together. She is priceless. I've met many wonderful people since she came into my life. I retired from my job this year after 42 years of federal service and am able to spend more time with her than ever before. My passions are getting myself confident and able to show my mare at her best.  I love watching my trainer ride her but the circle isn't complete until I'm doing the best I can for her. Proper equipment and clothing are part of looking and feeling good and making me confident. Kerrits are IT for me!

What is your connection to Kerrits? My first pair of Kerrits were the bootcut microcord breeches. A friend I started taking lessons from wears them and I loved them as soon as I bought my first pair. Have 3 pairs now. Still wear them but prefer full seat cross over breeches and tights. And the polarfleece are now ready to go. I also wear Kerrits jackets, caps and tops. I wear larger sizes and Kerrits seem to run true to size so I can order online and know that every pair I buy has the same fit. Always have worn jeans so wearing breeches has been quite a change. Love the fit and feel.
