Owns Horse(s)? Yes

What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being a Kerrits Ambassador would mean not just wearing the name anymore, but living it! I already recommend this brand to everyone. Whether it is a young child just starting up or a long time rider looking for some new clothes. It would mean supporting and helping a company who listens to the consumers and puts their suggestions into action. I proudly wear my Kerrits Sit Tight breeches to shows, during schooling and to clinics with Olympic riders such as David Marcus and Selena O'Hanlon. With me on the team, Kerrits would be everywhere!

What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? I am very passionate about continuing learning about horses and sharing that joy and knowledge. I am a long time member of the Canadian Pony Club, and it has opened so many door for me in my learning as well as teaching. It gave me the confidence to teach riding lessons as well as presuing a career as a farrier. I have also volunteered my time with the local therapeutic riding program to help share my love of horses with the children, and help them in their learning. As an ambassador I would be very passionate about the products and have a wide audience to display them to through showing in many disciplines, teaching, my career, social media, and Pony Club functions.

What is your connection to Kerrits? I cannot remember my first experience with this amazing brand as I have been riding in it for most of my life. I have always loved the comfortable fit of the clothes. The lightweight and breathable fabric of the summer clothes, and the warm, but not bulky feel of the winter clothes (they have always kept me warm in very cold Canadian winters!). A personal favourite of mine is the Sit-Tight breeches. They have made such a difference in my riding and increase my confidence on spooky or naughty horses. I also love the interactive connection you hold with your fans. I encourage many of my students to enter in the yearly design contest you hold for breeches. I love the designs that come out of that.
