What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? Being an ambassador isn't about getting free stuff, I consider it as a job. Last year I opened a small business and I decided on sponsoring a few people to help my business grow but they did not take it seriously and didn't even promote me once. I did send my stuff and never heard from them again. I got really mad because when I got sponsored by another company, I worked really hard to get people to buy from them. I got a total of 12 code uses, which is a lot considering the products were a bit expensive. I promoted the company on social media, in my barn, shows and even printed some flyers and hung them in cafeterias and local tack shops. It would be wonderful to become an ambassador for such a prestigious business. I really hope I can be a part of Kerrits and I'd like to work really hard for this company and make it bigger here in Mexico.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? I have been riding for 11 years, I have been leasing a horse for the last 3 years, I show every year and my barn hosts and participates in many shows. My barn often shows in prestigious online shows held by famous equestrians and horse experts; they send us a pattern and we have to send a video. These videos are judged by them and posted on their websites so many people have access to them. I'm currently looking to buy a horse so I can show in better classes. I normally show in the 80cm-1m jumpers. I'm an equine fashionista, what can I say. I've always loved to match my horses tack with my clothes, and I know this sounds funny but I was the first girl in my barn so all the new girls always ask where I get my tack from. That's why I sell a lot in my barn.
As an ambassador to Kerrits, I'd wear your products as much as I can, I would post regulary on Instagram; and I'm currently a member in several equine related groups in Facebook where I could spread the word and post about this brand).
What is your connection to Kerrits? My parents got me a pair of breeches on Ebay and I loved them. They are by far my favorite, really comfortable. When I saw a girl post on Instagram about being an ambassador for Kerrits, I got really excited and inmediately wanted to apply.
