Owns Horse(s)? Yes. I ride polo, polocrosse, mounted games, fox hunting, show jumping, eventing.
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? I've worn my Kerrits everywhere. To an Olympic selection, mounted games, pony races, National Championships, in New Zealand playing in their Nationals, in Oz (Australia) playing in their Junior Championships, wrangling horses in Texas... just to the store and in my back yard.
Today, I get to compete in the sport of Pentathlon and I have been to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO for training. This year, I was a jury rider for the horses coming into the pool at World Cup. I grabbed my favorite Kerrits breeches and rode 4 horses around the Olympic selection course to approve them for the Pentathletes looking to get a bid for Rio.
I love being able to tell people that I am a Kerrits Ambaassador. I get the opportunity to get products at a discount and wear them before the general public. Let's face it-I am going to buy the stuff anyway.. So it nice to be rewarded for buying a product I love.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? I have had so many opportunities presented to me as a rider. I want to continue to follow my love of horses as my first goal and never get caught up in the prizes someone else judges me for... If I put the horse first always, I am always winning.
What is your connection to Kerrits? I was extremely tiny as a child and show breeches were scratchy and uncomfortable. So I love the Kerrits fit and feel. They allow me to play my horse sports comfortably and be able to perform in style.
