Owns Horse(s)? Yes
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you? I think that being a Kerrits ambassador will open many door and opportunities for me and my riding career. It comes with a responsibility to fulfil about demonstrating correct safety practices while still enjoying the wonderful sport of equestrian. A Kerrits ambassador should be able to promote the brand to the best of their ability by knowing sizes, fit and styles of a large variety of products. I have been asked many times about my breeches as my legs are slim but Kerrits breeches hug my legs tight and I am more than happy to share the secret of looking stylish no matter what shape or size you are - wearing Kerrits!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador? My passion as a rider began after watching the movie 'Spirit' as a 5 year old. The movie made me cry every time and still does to this very day but it sparked my love for horses and the obsession has continued since. I love show jumping for the feeling of pride you get when flying over a huge obstacle the most people in our society would be terrified to do. Spotting a perfect distance and soaring over a fence is enough to keep me hungry to want to strive higher. I also stand by the fact that even if you do mess up as we all do sometimes, we should at least look good! My passion as ambassador would be sharing information about all of the Kerrits range to help people finally find the perfect pair of breeches that stick tight to your legs but are cool and comfy at the same time. Every time I give someone the tiniest bit of info I feel great pride knowing I may have just converted someone else into a rider with a Kerrits obsession.
What is your connection to Kerrits? My first experience with Kerrits was a stall at a horse show that sold them there. For so long I had been looking for a pair of breeches that would get all bunched around my knees and hips but didn't cut my circulation of around my waist, Kerrits ticked these boxes. Riding during Summer in Australia can be terrible especially wearing thick breeches and a polo but Kerrits breeches were so thin and breathable it was almost better than having my legs exposed! Their grippy legs are also extremely effective especially during the odd occasion I want to go eventing and need that extra bit of grip on a cross country course. Kerrits riding apparel has the functions and technicality better than any other breeches or shirts I have ridden in without the extremely large price tag attached!
