Ambassador: JORDAN RUPICH
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
I want to be an example for other kids that have the opportunity to participate in this amazing sport. In my short journey so far, I have been lucky enough to be a part of an incredible team that has taught me that there will be good days, bad days and successful days, but no matter what we always have each other. I am learning that hard work, focus and determination can help your dreams and personal goals come true. I have been blessed to lease two amazing ponies (partners), one of which I had a great season. I am transitioning now to my new pony that is patient, kind and teaching me a great deal. My riding has brought me a growing independence and willingness to try new things and always strive to be my best. By being an Ambassador, Im hoping to share my story with other riders and peers in my sport. Kerrits tights are the only brand of pants I will wear. I love the comfort, dependability and color choices your brand offers. I especially love the winter tights with the fleece lining. It would be a true honor to represent Kerrits and my sport at such a young age.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
I started riding a little over a year ago. I ride 5 days a week and my mom takes me 35-40 minutes a way to get to my barn. My riding and my pony are my greatest loves. At the age of 7, i won all of my divisions in my series and are ranked 2nd and 3rd in my state associations. I work very hard and I am extremely devoted to learning new skills. I am very lucky to be a member of an amazing barn family where we all help and support one another. It has allowed me to grow as an individual and a team mate. We stand by eachother whether we win, loose, younger, older we all help one another. I'm striving to be the best I can be as a rider and individual, as well as being a good teammate. I'm transitioning now to a new pony and new division and I am working very hard on learning lead changes and getting my counts in. I have become tougher, more determined and I have learned that hard work, with a great pony, amazing trainers and the best barn family a girl can have, can make your dreams come true. I have won champion at the Sussex County Fair and I have reserved at the Garden State Horse show. I want to set and be the example for other kids in my sport and show them with dedication, hard work and a true passion, anything is possible.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
Since my riding career started, I have only worn Kerrits. Other brands don't offer the comfort and selection that Kerrits does. The colors are a lot of fun too and match my pony as well;) All of my barn mates wear Kerrits as well!
