Ambassador: ABBY DILSHEIMER
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
Being a Kerrits Ambassador means that I get to represent my favorite brand of riding clothing that I have loved for many years. I have never gone wrong with this brand and I always fall in love with something that is Kerrits when I go shopping for riding clothes. I am always comfortable in their clothing and I feel confident wearing it. Representing Kerrits as an ambassador would be an honor just to know I am even the smallest part of their amazing business.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
Every time I get on a horse, my main goal is to improve and have fun. Seeing videos and pictures of myself improving over the years, as well as hearing many trainer's feedback, pushes me to try even harder at getting better. One main goal I have as a rider is to make it into the A/AA circuit. I have shown in a few A shows and I have loved every one of them. Being able to show on that circuit regularly would really be something amazing. As an ambassador, I hope to represent the brand in the best way I can. I am very excited to be able to do this.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
When I was about 8 years old, I had just started to get more into the sport. My mom took me into a consignment shop to get my first pair of real riding pants. After looking around for a while, I found this pair of brown pants that I really loved. They were Kerrits. After I grew out of those, my mom took me back to the store to get a few more pairs. We told the sales clerk about how I really liked the Kerrits pants and she showed us to a section full of them. I have loved all kinds of products from the brand ever since. I found out about becoming an ambassador from one of my friends at Grier Summer Camp. I looked into it and thought it is a great idea. I am very excited to represent my favorite brand!
