Ambassador: ALEXANDRA DORSCHEID
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
To me it means I can represent my breed and discipline more. Another thing that I will be representing is the Kerrits company. Kerrits is a big part of my writing life is what I use every single time I ride. They are so nice and comfortable that I want to make sure everyone knows about them.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
My passion is in the riding and every aspect of it. There's nothing I'm not passionate about. I ride 3x a week on my American Saddlebred gelding Beau. He's so amazing and wonderful. I'm very passionate about my riding and improving and helping others. Being a ambassador I can do all these things. Meet more people and connect with others in the horse community. Being an ambassador would mean a lot to me.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
I was having a really hard time finding a new pair of jods when I out grew my other ones. I walked into Dover and asked if they had boot cut jods. They took me right over the the Kerrits section I tried on a pair and just fell in love. They were the first pair of jods I tried on thay actually fit and wee really comfy. I felt flexible and that my jods wouldn't rip! I rode in them the next week and they were amazing! They are the only jods I use now. Mine have lasted me 2 years I have just out grown them. The only thing I wish is that there were buttons so that I could put tie downs on without pinning. Other than that they are my favourite jods.
