Ambassador: AMBER GOODYEAR
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
Being a Kerrits ambassador is helping fellow equestrians in our community know from honest reviews that the product is a reliable. To this day I still use and wear my Kerrits breeches bought 6 years ago, no wear and tear at all. When buying riding pants you want to know they will hold up, be comfortable, and look professional. Being an ambassador is being that person you can speak to and know that you will love the product and help make the decision on buying the product from another person's experience
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
As a child I battled cancer in my leg, riding gave me freedom from my crutches. Being a team with my ottb and performing and enjoying our ride is a gift I cherish everyday. Sharing the love of horses with others we all want to have great rides. If you ride example English and you jump, riding in jeans wouldn't make your ride as well as it would be if you rode in breeches. Each and every ride , I personally beleive should always be ended with horse and rider filled with pride. Having battled cancer I never knew if I would have tomorrow , you ride today as tomorrow may not be here. As well love your horse as you never know what tomorrow brings.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
I first experienced the Kerrits brand as I have a scar on my upper thigh from cancer. Every other brand of breeches pulled or got caught on the scar tissue making it auctually painful to ride. My father about 8 years ago ordered a pair of blue knee patch breeches off Adams saddlery. Those breeches were the answers to everything. To this day I still own and ride in those breeches. Not a single evidence of any wear and tear on them. From my personal experience I know every product made will last for years to come.
