Ambassador: ANGELINA DE BRUIJN
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
It will be fun because I love horses, I am horse crazy and I love Kerrits things.
I like how comfy Kerrits pants are. I also like when you get the pants and you get the seeds coming with it. Then my grandma can plant them. My little brothers also say that carrots are yummy so they can eat them too when they grow.
My mom can help me with anything I would need to do if I was chosen as an ambassador to promote Kerrits since I am only 8! She loves Kerrits and horseback riding too!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
I hope that I can become a good rider and be able to ride with my mom too. My mom began riding when I started riding almost 3 years ago so we have something to do together. I think she knew I loved horses ever since I was two and wanted a horse theme birthday party. She did not know anything about horses but when I started riding she did too.
I hope that one day when I get older I am able to own a horse barn because I love horses and taking care of them. I have two big dogs that I take very good care of but having horses to take care of would be great.
I have not started in the horse shows yet but I am starting to lease my first horse for the summer so maybe that will change. My mom and I are always talking to friends and family about horses and we can promote Kerrits to them too!
What is your connection to Kerrits?
My first experience was at the Tack Shelter in Colts Neck, New Jersey. I walked into the shop and there were so many things for horses to buy. I bought my first Kerrits riding pants there. I was excited to go home and plant the carrots to grow for the horse I ride. That was what made me buy your pants as I was only 5 at the time. Now I always look for Kerrits clothes with the carrot logo. It is easy to find. My Kerrits clothes also never get holes in them and they always fit me so well. I would love to be able to wear and own more of your products if I am an ambassador for Kerrits.
