What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
Being a Kerrits ambassador means lots to me. I have worked so hard to get to where I am today. I just finished 3rd level and received my bronze medal. Between my health problems, crohns disease, and my horses we have made leaps and bounds. I am a dedicated youth rider and would be honored to show of kerrits. I have a couple of pairs of breeches, the Kerrits Koat, gloves, and hat. I love the affordibility and comfort of Kerritts. They are durable and very versatile.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
I have been riding since I was 18 months old and dressage since I was 12 years old. I have always had to work for everything I want. This includes buying my horses, hay, feed, tack, and paying for all my show expenses. This doesnt come easy. I work 2 jobs while being a full time high school student. I love to show. I prep all winter and everyday I am not in the ring for that 2 day show. When that weekend finally comes I am not nervous, yet excited to put all my hard work into a 5 minute performance
What is your connection to Kerrits?
When I first started dressage I had no idea how much shows would cost. I borrowed many itens until I had saved up enough money to buy what I needed. My first pair of full seat breeches was a used pair of kerrits breeches from a tack sale. I paid $15 for them. This was the best $15 I had spent. I still have and wear those breeches. They are so comfortable and versatile. Ever since I have been loyal to the kerrit's brand and have a couple pairs of breeches, the Koat, gloves, and hat of kerrits.
