Ambassador: CAROLINE MARELIUS
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
Becoming a kerrits ambassador would mean the world to me! I would love to be apart of the company and be able to spread knowledge of Kerrits many fantastic products. I already love and endorse the Kerrits brand so being able to represent you would be an honor.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
As a rider, I would love to become an upper level event rider one day. I'm currently working my way to the top in Area VI. I have an OTTB gelding as well as a Clyde TB cross. I aim this year to be consistently showing my OTTB in a few novice shows, and then move up to training level. With my other horse, I'll be showing in the hunter/jumper ring pretty consistently this year as well. I'd love to show the versatility of all of the Kerrits products as an ambassador! I'd love to be apart of the Kerrits team, and be supported by such a phenomenal equestrian company. I'd be extremely excited for Kerrits to partake in my journey of teaching the top.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
I started riding in the Kerrits tights when I just started riding around 10 years old. I was fascinated and excited about the Kerrits package with carrot seeds inside! I couldn't wait to get home and plant my own to feed to my pony. I think the whole idea of planting your own seeds and growing the produce to feed your horse ties in with the responsibility and horsemanship aspect of riding. Riding teaches you how to be independent and forces you to grow as an individual. Once again, I would be honored to help share and endorse your brand. I completely stand behind you guys! (FYI: sorry I don't have a better picture! I would have tried to go take one at the barn but not sure when this deadline is! I was so excited I jumped on it.)
