Ambassador: HANNAH KEMPER
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
To be an Ambassador for Kerrits would be an honor and a privilege. It would mean to me to share the love for Kerrits apparel and horses with other people around me. Since I originally come from Germany during school breaks I normally travel there and across Europe. Everytime I go riding at my local stable in Germany they ask me where I got my breeches from I always say, "I got them from Kerrits". Everyone I meet ,whether it's in Germany or the USA, they are always very impressed with quality and looks of Kerrits apparel. As an Ambassador I would love to spread the word of Kerrits amazing apparel further.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
My passions as a rider is to communicate with my horse so that me and my horse perform at our best. This is what made me interested in riding and what eventually let me to ride when I was 5 years old. I always wondered when I was 4 how someone could tell the horse to go right, left, or jump at the right moment and how riding even was a sport because it looked so easy and as if the horse was doing the work. As I started riding with 5 over the years I came to realize that it is a willing collaboration of the horse and rider to overcome the obstacles and now I almost take it personally if someone tells me horseback riding is not a sport. As an ambassador my passion would be to show people that when you ride to achieve your goal you not only need hard work and dedication but also clothes that will last the journey to get there. I would be very dedicated to show everyone that Kerrits can provide for quality horseback riding clothes.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
I experienced Kerrits roughly 5 years ago when I first got the winter breeches to wear in the barn and for schooling. These breeches truly amazed me because these were the first ones that every truly kept me warm. Ever since then I have been buying a new pair of winter breeches and seasonal equestrian apparel from Kerrits.
