Ambassador: KAYLA SCINTO
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
Being Kerrits Ambassador means supporting and representing the brand whenever I am out in the horse world, whether it be at IHSA practice or at shows. It is about sharing the brand with my riding community, which includes IHSA circuit and The Ethel Walker School equestrian.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
My passions as a rider are to ride to the best of my ability every time I saddle up. Additionally, when I do not have the best ride and end up in the dirt, I want to always be able to get back on and finish my ride. My passions as an ambassador is to spread the brand to people who may not really know the brand and show them the greatness that is the Kerrits Brand.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
I own a pair of the full-seat GripTek riding breech and they have saved me countless times. My High School, The Ethel Walker School, has an equestrian team and our own amazing riding facility. One has the option to try out for Varsity or Junior Varsity riding. I decided my senior, I was going to try out for varsity, which meant riding a 2'6'' course without stirrups. I do not think that without my Kerrits breeches I would have been able to stay on over the course of fences. Not only did they give my the grip I needed, they gave me the confidence to complete the course
