Ambassador: LUCY RICHARDSON
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
I've taken a break from riding lately and I really need to get back into the saddle. Being a Kerrits Ambassador would really push me to start going back to the barn more.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
As a rider, I feel most passionate about creating a bond and a partnership with my horse. The most important thing a rider can do is be there for their horse and work so their horse will be there for them when need be. Who ever said that riding wasn't a team sport probably never put one foot in a stirrup. Just like riding, being an ambassador requires teamwork, and I sincerely hope that we combine our forces in the near future.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
Well when I turned five, my mom bought me my first helmet and breeches so I could start taking lessons. The helmet was Tipperary and the breeches were Kerrits. I always remember being more excited about the carrot seeds than the pants, but soon grew to love them because as long as I had those pants I could go ride my favorite pony, Higgy. I've only had one other kind of breeches and I quickly switched back. Your products will always be my favorites (that includes the carrot seeds).
