What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
To me, being a Kerrits Ambassador means being an active member of my community, while simultaneously promoting an amazing brand! It means being an engaged rider who loves the sport and the horses involved in it. I already love to show off all of my outfits (and my horse) and am constantly taking pictures and posting them to my Instagram account. As a Kerrits Ambassador I would talk pictures of myself and the products and post them to my account. I would also tell everyone I know about how great it all the clothes are! Perhaps the most important thing about being a Kerrits Ambassador, is being a good person and promoting the brand in a manner that is appropriate and only helps the brand grow and to reach an even bigger audience!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
One of my favorite things to do as a rider is go out on a nice, relaxing trail ride with some of my barn friends! It helps me to relax more than I would during training and I think its a great way to get back to the roots of riding. Plus, my horse loves it! I think that in order to have a passion for something you love, you have to be able to have fun with it! I found dressage by accident about 8 years ago and absolutely fell in love with the sport, the horses and all the people involved. I wouldn't trade my passion for horses for anything in the world and I think that's what drives my passion for being an ambassador as well. I have always been an active member in my equine community and really enjoy volunteering at all the local shows and helping with the kids programs around town. As an ambassador I would love nothing more than to be able to show people how amazing the Kerrits brand is and help more people discover the great products that Kerrits has to offer!
What is your connection to Kerrits?
My very first riding outfit was Kerrits from head to toe. My mom bought it for me when I was 12 years old and had just started riding and my obsession with the brand just went from there. I fell in love with the fit, style and feel of the shirts, pants, vests and jackets. To say I LOVE Kerrits would be an understatement. Out of all of my riding clothes I would say more than half of them are Kerrits apparel. I show in head to toe Kerrits because not only are the show breeches and shirts breathable, but they stretch too! Nothing is more annoying to me than getting in the saddle and having your clothes feel like they are riding up in all the different places. Never have I ever experienced this with any Kerrit product, which is what keeps me coming back for more!!
