Ambassador: SARAH SAVONA
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
To me, being a Kerrits ambassador means being able to share how amazing Kerrits product are, both in their comfort and looks. My first pair of tights were from your brand and I have kept with the brand throughout my 8 years of riding. I would love to be able to help lead younger riders as well as more experienced riders in the direction for great breeches/tights that are affordable and look great!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
I love being able to be with horses, whether I am riding or just working around the barn- I love being there. I love the aspect of being with horses, and looking and feeling great while being around them. As an ambassador I would post pictures (while tagging you in them as well) wearing the breeches to give people the chance to see your products in action. I would like to help Kerrits as much as you have helped many like me looking for comfort and looks, while also on a budget.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
My first experience with Kerrits was my first pair of tights, my mom had bought me the kids performance riding tight. She loved them because they were affordable, I loved them because of all the colors and the fact that they had seeds come with them (what little kid doesn't love a little package to go with their product?)! Years went on and I was still in the performance tight, moving up in sizes, but it got really cold where I used to live (NY). I really hated the thought of having to wear thick pants, I remember worrying about if my half chaps were going to fit around the thick pants and thick socks, it just wasn't happening. We tried so many other tights that were not fit for me either. Eventually we came upon the fleece performance tight and that was when the button clicked and I found my favorite pair of winter pants! I've had the winter performance tights for years now and they never cease to amaze me in the insulation/warmth they provide! When I was younger I made this little garden, probably about 2'x1' patch of dirt that was dedicated to the little carrot seeds that came with the product I only recently knew about the companies history, I had no idea that the company was involved in biking and other activewear! Knowing that just makes me love Kerrits more.
