Ambassador: SATYNE DONER
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
I am an equestrian, but I am also a fashionista! If I look good while I am riding, I feel good too! Looking my best when I ride gives me a confidence like no other and in turn, gives my horse confidence too. I enjoy challenging myself with new looks and combinations- this is one reason why I love Kerrits! Their pull-on breeches in the houndstooth colors (blue and black) are my favorites and one of my most worn schooling pants. I can mix them and match them with anything and can DEFINITELY withstand the Florida heat with their nice, moisture-wicking material! The world is my runway, and as a Kerrits Ambassador I'd love to represent your company and flaunt how amazing your brand is with grace and style!
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
As a rider, my passions are to rescue and retrain off the track thoroughbreds. I have one myself, and retraining him was a long and very grueling road that required dedication- that is what I think made me into the dedicated person I am today and I would love to show that as an ambassador. My horse is now everything I could have asked for, and my passion is to help others find a horse and have a bond like mine. Thoroughbreds are often the underdogs when they come off the track when they have so much to offer. I also have a passion for competing as it allows me to assess where I am in my riding and what I should improve on, which is another quality that aids in my passion for being an ambassador. I am always looking for new ways to improve and new ways to show my style!
What is your connection to Kerrits?
My first connection to Kerrits was by one of your brand ambassadors. I follow @equine_perks_ on instagram and also on YouTube. I admired how Kerrits strives to see the uniqueness in all equestrians and their style, however they keep one thing the same: their dedication to the sport. I quickly placed my first order for Christmas and I have not stopped since! They were the perfect material for summer (and winter because Florida weather never changes) riding and they were so incredibly stylish yet comfortable!
