Ambassador: SOPHIA MOKHTARI
What does being a Kerrits Ambassador mean to you?
Being a Kerrits Ambassador would mean a lot to me. I am 12 years old and I have been riding since I was 5. I love Kerrits clothing because they are pretty and fun looking and not as plain as some of the other brands. They are also super affordable - according to my mom. I especially like the summer breaches - they are super comfortable. My mom is always at my lessons and takes a million pictures of me. If I were to be an ambassador I would definitely let everyone know where my clothes are from and what brand, and I would post it on social media as much as I could.
What are your passions as a rider and ambassador?
I am finishing off my second year in the Challenge Series. I have broken my collar bone several times (each side) but I beg to keep riding after each recovery. I will be doing the Trillium Circuit next year and my dream would be to make it to The Royal. Being an ambassador I would make sure that everyone knows where my beautiful clothes come from and I would promote Kerrits as much as I can with the million pictures my mom takes.
What is your connection to Kerrits?
My mom bought me a super cute pair of summer jodhpurs many years ago. Absolutely EVERYONE at my barn loved them and wanted to know what brand and where I bought them. They were, of course, Kerrits. I have many friends, from many barns, and we are all connected via Instagram and so on. Many of them are ambassadors for other stores and I have always wanted to be a proud ambassador to one of my favourite brand too. So when I saw this opportunity I quickly got my mom involved!
