These half chaps offer a connection that’s superior to leather, with soft, supple GripTek™ stretch. After just a few rides they'll hug your leg perfectly for a custom fit. Classically cut lines with off-center side zip and generously sized stretch elastic panel. Zip on. Zip off. GripTek™ provides a secure “stick-like-glue” grip

Not for me but the Kerrits team is awesome!

These chaps didn’t work for me. They looks good and material feels great but I found the material starting to rub after one ride. I decided to return for something else. I still gave 4 stars because the kerrits customer service team is the best! They are responsive and so helpful. I’m very grateful they allowed me to return.

Grippy and comfortable

Very nice chaps. Fit great and look good. They have a nice grippy inside and feel like they should hold up well.

I like these half chaps!

I haven't worn them riding yet, but I have worn them to muck stalls. They do make a squeaking sound at first, but they seem to be getting quieter as I'm just breaking them in. The circumference of my calf is 15" and the large size fits perfectly over breeches and yoga pants.

Comfy, but don't last long

These half chaps are super comfortable and require no break in, but they don't last long at all. With weekly lessons, the inner material on mine started rubbing away in less than 2 months.
