Free Shipping on Orders Over $125 Within the U.S.

Our everyday free shipping policy is free standard shipping on orders over $125 shipping to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Where We Ship

Shipping Within the United States

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Orders will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days unless UPS Expedited (2-3 Days) shipping was selected at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for expedited shipping.

International Customers
International customers may choose to ship their orders through our International Checkout option. We ship to more than 200 countries through a third party shipping company that provides shipping options tailored to your country. It also allows you to prepay duties and taxes for the order during checkout.
 
Allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive before contacting Kerrits Customer service with questions. These orders may be subject to additional duties upon arrival at its destination. These duties are your responsibility.

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email or by logging in to your account and going to your Order History

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may be shipped in multiple packages. Shipping Confirmation emails will be sent when each item is shipped. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

How to Track Your Order

There are two easy ways to track your order:

  • Log in to your account by clicking on "Log In" in the header of the site and go to the Order History section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include a tracking number.

Processing Time

  • We process and ship packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
