If not, we'll make it right.
We’re proud of the products we manufacture and stand behind them for one year from the date of purchase. If your item isn’t performing as intended, simply contact the retailer or website where you originally made your purchase, and we will work with you to make it right.
Our 24K Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and quality issues that prevent a product from performing as intended.
- All 24K Guarantee claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Items impacted by ordinary wear and tear, personal preference, misuse, or accidents are not eligible for return under our 24K Guarantee policy.
- Items should be brought back to the original place of purchase for review. If your purchase was made on Kerrits.com, please contact customerservice@kerrits.com to help resolve your issue.
