U.S. RETURN POLICY

For purchases made on Kerrits.com:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for 30 days from the order date. Kerrits will provide one free return shipping label per order.
  • After 30 days, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact customerservice@kerrits.com for assistance.
  • Items must be returned in new condition with all tags and original packaging included.
  • Items designated as “Final Sale” are closeout items being offered at deep discounts, so they are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If your item is damaged or has a quality issue, it may fall under our 24K Guarantee. Please contact customerservice@kerrits.com for assistance.


For purchases made at another Kerrits Retailer or Tack Store:

Please return the item to the original place of purchase.

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE (U.S. ONLY)

Within 30 days of the order date:

To start a return or exchange for an item purchased on Kerrits.com, visit our Returns Center. You will need the email address associated with your purchase or the order number and shipping zip code.

After 30 days of the order date:

  • Please contact customerservice@kerrits.com for assistance. The return request will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is subject to acceptance at the discretion of Kerrits.
  • If your item is damaged or has a quality issue, it may fall under our 24K Guarantee.

HOW MUCH DO RETURNS COST?

  • Returns and exchanges for orders in the U.S. are free within 30 days of the order date for eligible products. One free return shipping label per order is provided.
  • For returns and exchanges after 30 days in the U.S., customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns after 30 days are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.

PREPARING YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN

  • Once you start your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will be sent to your email.
  • If possible, ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier. Include your Packing Slip in the box, along with the product you’re returning.
  • Your Kerrits prepaid shipping label is specific to your return request. To avoid delays in processing, please include only the approved items in your return package. Please do not combine return orders in one shipment.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?

For returns and exchanges in the U.S. within 30 days of the order date, initiate your return through our Returns Center, and you will receive a return shipping label via email.

For returns after 30 days of the order date, you are responsible for return shipping. Please contact customerservice@kerrits.com for assistance.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you a Refund Confirmation email to let you know that a refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued against the original payment method.

Please allow 15 days from the day of return delivery for the return to process and the refund to post to your credit card.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the order date on items purchased on Kerrits.com and shipped within the U.S. To exchange an item, simply follow the same steps outlined above to return your order and choose your replacement item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

  • International returns on products purchased from Kerrits.com are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend you use a shipping method that offers tracking services.
  • Return instructions are provided on your packing slip, or you can contact Kerrits Customer Service at customerservice@kerrits.com for additional assistance.
