Fabric & Care
Daily Maintenance – after each wear, clean your boot with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grime. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight
Detailed Cleaning – once a month or whenever your boots are heavily soiled. Remove loose dirt with a soft brush or cloth, then apply your favorite leather cleaner using a cloth or sponge. Rub in a circular motion, wipe off the cleaner, and air dry. After boot is fully dry a leather conditioner can be applied using a cloth and gently working into the leather. Let absorb for a few hours and buff off any excess.
The same cleaner and conditioner used for tack can be used on boots.

Let me tell you about these boots…
I have metal plates in my ankles, which makes them a little bit thicker ... I am 5'7" and I weigh 143. I ordered a size big because I always worry that they're not gonna be big enough to comfortably go around my ankles and not push on the screws and plates. I have a blade type prosthetic device on my other leg and these stretch around it just fine. The last pair, ovation, I ordered were for much more narrow ankles, and the way the leather was stitched, pushed right on one of my screws and caused me discomfort. I was really pleased with the roominess of these boots. If you have skinny ankles and narrow feet, probably not for you unless you're planning on wearing layers of thick socks… I can attest to the waterproof of these.... they absolutely keep my feet dry and decently warm.
Are they going to keep your feet warm in below 30°, probably not, you probably ought to wear some thick socks in that case, but, it is 35 to 45 here regularly during the winter and I am having no issues keeping my nerve damaged foot warm enough. One thing, though… The tread absolutely grabs mud and grass and stuff like that and packs it up in there, so be aware that once you wear these outside in the mud, you won't be wearing them inside anymore...... these are super lightweight though!! Freaking awesome!

Nice boots!
I really like these boots! I bought size 8.5 in ink, which is a nice navy blue color. I wear between an 8-8.5 depending on the shoes, so I played it safe and got the 8.5. They fit great, I would say true to size! These boots are comfortable, study, definitely waterproof, and nice looking. They feel like they are good quality.

8 Months of Daily Use and Still Amazing!
I bought these boots in Ink last fall thinking they’d be great for the winter. I have put them to the test fall/winter and spring, wearing them daily for barn chores in wet, dry, and frozen weather. I ordered 1/2 size up to accommodate thick winter socks, which also allows me to slip in and out while zipped up. I also wore them while volunteering at the Thoroughbred Makeover, running all over the horse park. They are extremely comfortable, waterproof and cute enough to wear out. I’m ordering a new pair for non-barn use. Highly recommend!
