As a primarily English rider, I have always hated riding in jeans. However, since I teach both English and Western riders, I wanted to add some variety to my work attire. These denim breeches fit the bill nicely. They’re sturdy, retain shape, and have the freedom of movement I like from traditional English breeches with flattering bootcut styling that my Western students appreciate. I showed Western Dressage at a schooling show in these pants and looked neat and tidy and felt comfortable in the ring. The reason for four stars is that I’d prefer the knee patch material was more like the patch on the Dynamic breeches (more flexible and breathable) and I’d love to have the option of a full seat. I’ll likely buy more pairs in the future, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed for some minor upgrades!

I love these riding pants. Comfortable in the saddle and off. Easy to care for, durable but not heavy. I have three pairs. 5-8” 140. The medium tall works for me. Also great to wear when shoveling snow..

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR BOOT CUT DENIM RIDING PANT FOR A LONG TIME THAT WERE NOT REGULAR JEANS. THESE FIT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! GREAT STRETCH, NICE GRIPPY KNEE PATCHES AND LOOK GOOD TOO. NO SEAMS TO CHAFE AND NICE AND FITTED AT THE LEG SO THEY DO NOT RIDE UP AS YOU RIDE. I GOT THEM JUST IN TIME FOR A BENEFIT RIDE AND WE RODE 11 MILES AND THEY WERE SO COMFORTABLE. I PLAN TO GET ANOTHER PAIR SOON.

I really like the fit at the top of the jeans. I wear 14-16 jeans and these are perfect at the waist Being a curvy gal I could use 1/2 in the knee area for my full figure legs. The length of the legs is perfect. The legs stayed in place on our trail ride. No bunching I have washed them twice so far. Air drying works well for the fabric. It drys quickly.
