Are practical, I think I am liking them! Ankle boots hurt my ankle bones, shoes seem to a great investment.

My husband got these for me for my birthday (ok, maybe I sent him a picture and my size 😅). They are a nice dark purple, are relatively true to size (maybe just a touch big but not terrible- if I could try them on in store I would see how the size down fit before committing), and comfortable, and THERE ARE NO SHAVINGS IN MY SOCKS!!

I wanted to wail to review until I was 100% satisfied because I had serious doubts. I tried them on, they are very comfy (I am 9 1/2 and ordered size 10. Perfect fit and do not hurt my bunions) and stylish. I saw some gaps at top and felt like there was no way!
I was wrong. They keep sand and hay out!! I don’t know how but I am a believer. No more long pants to go over boots in this very hot Summer. Worth every penny.

These sneakers were thoughtfully designed for the horse-girl lifestyle. They have a comfortable foot bed (although I did add Dr Scholls cushion inserts for added support), fairly easy to slip on using the heel loop, and the cuff around the ankle prevents shavings and debris from getting in your socks. I ordered a 9.5 size that fit well. I'm in Kentucky, with red clay soil, so they will discolor fairly quickly, and clay / shavings / manure will stick in the bottom tread - not easy to just knock off. Maybe a strong hose stream would work better for cleaning off the sole. It's not recommended from the manufacturer that they go in the clothes washer, but I'm very happy with my purchase for comfort and practicality.
