Thoughtful design = a perfect product
So I bought this in two sizes - I am true to size at XL but when I was purchasing one of the colors I wanted was not in stock at that size so I got the 1XL. So let's just say first: It's true to size. If you like baggy/roomy (or maybe want to layer beneath) you can size up, but otherwise I would say stick with your standard size.
This shirt is really nice in that I won't be too hot in it (and also it breathes - so if you want something to insulate against wind, this won't help you) but it's definitely a cool weather option. I run hot so for me this shirt is too warm to wear as a fall option if I'm riding indoors (insulated from wind) but would be a great option for the 25-40* weather in an unheated arena. Additionally I can wear it riding outside in fall for trail rides when the wind makes things a little chillier.
I am so pleased with this. I'm keeping the too-large 1XL as well as the XL because I refuse to give either of them up.
