Lindsay began riding in Southern California, learning horsemanship and the western riding discipline for 5 years. She credits this start with teaching her how to be "one with the horse and work together." Lindsay switched to English and successfully competed in equitation, hunters, and jumpers. Her well-rounded perspective provided the opportunity to work for former Olympian and Chef D'Equipe, Rob Ridland. In 2019, she started Anderson Equestrian where she rides, trains, and coaches at most A-circuit shows on the West coast.
I feel connected to my horse when:
When we communicate clearly together and leave the ring knowing I did everything I could and when I didn't perform to my fullest ability, that my horse was there to help me out when I needed them.
Why I love Kerrits:
