Natascha Gates, originally from Germany, came to Plum Greek Hollow Farm in January 2008 to work as head trainer and rider.
Natascha has a great deal of experience and enjoys properly starting young horses under saddle and methodically giving them confidence while developing them mentally and physically. One example of this training program is Caylee PCH, who Natascha qualified for the 6 year old jumper finals, working her successfully up through the levels before selling her to Kristin Buchanan.
She also developed her own horse Quickie from goal to winning Grand Prix horse. In the last couple years they have won the $30k Pin Oak Grand Prix, and placed 3rd in the Grand Prix of Scottsdale, Sun Valley Grand Prix of Scottsdale, and the National Western Stock Show Grand Prix.
I feel connected to my horse when:
He watches my every move when I'm in his sight.
Why I love Kerrits:
Good quality, good fit, comfortability, and the right price.
My most memorable moment as a rider:
My first Grand Prix win in Katy, Texas with my heart horse, Quickie, who I bought at three weeks old.
