Founded in 2014, Pliers & String is a creation of former GUESS? lead designer Marina Ivanova. Having worked in corporate fasion for over a decade, Marina decided to return to her roots in jewelry design, transforming an experiemental Etsy shop into a successful small business.
Bettina Norton is an artist and equestrian from Santa Barbara. She spends a great deal of time riding the trails with her soulhorse, Frankie. These excursions inspire artwork like the graceful galloping horses featured on our newest collection.
Steve attended the Maryland Institute College of Art and left to pursue a grooming career on the "A" horse show circuit for 20 years. He finished his degree at UARTs and currently creates contemporary equine art.
