Holiday Return Policy

For purchases made from 11/15/23–12/25/23, free return shipping is available for returns made by 1/31/24 within the continental U.S. For all other purchases, free return shipping is available for returns made within 30 days of your order within the continental U.S.

How do I return an item?

How to Return Your Order (U.S. only)

1. Create your return mailing label (within 30 days of purchase)

To begin your return, go to returns.kerrits.com and follow the directions to generate a return shipping label. You’ll need your Order number, which you can find in your Order Confirmation email.

For returns after 30 days, you will be responsible for shipping costs and creating your own mailing label.

2. Prepare your package

Pack your items securely (in the original package if possible), and include the packing slip that came with your original shipment.

Print out and securely attach the shipping label onto the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

3. Ship it back

Once you are ready to ship, drop off your package at your nearest USPS location.

What's next?
Once your order is received and processed, we will refund the cost of your returned merchandise. We'll email you a Refund Confirmation to let you know that your return has been processed. Your refund will be issued against your original payment method, such as the credit card used for your order. If a refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.


International Returns Policy

Returns on products purchased from the EQL by Kerrits™ website are available for 30 days after the order date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to get the product back to the Kerrits offices. We recommend you use a shipping method that offers tracking services. Return directions are provided on your packing slip, or you can contact EQL Customer Service at [email protected].


Final Sale Items

From time to time, we will have items designated as '"Final Sale". These are closeout items being offered at deep discounts so they are not eligible for return. These items will be labeled 'Final Sale'.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges

If you have an item you would like to return or exchange, visit our Return Center to start the process. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase or the order number and shipping zip code. One free return shipping label per order is available for returns within 30 days of your order. Free return shipping only applies to orders in the continental U.S.

Return requests outside of this timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to acceptance at the discretion of Kerrits. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Please allow 15 days from the day of return delivery for the return to process and the refund to post to your credit card.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it can't be altered or changed. We offer free shipping within 30 days of purchase for a refund on purchases made within the US, for any item. Use our returns process to create a prepaid USPS return shipping label.

My item is damaged, how do I get it replaced?

Replacing a Damaged Item

Please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with your order number, item name, color and size of damaged item and the type of damage. Our Team will assist in getting you taken care of.

Return requests outside the standard timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case bsais and are subject to acceptance at the discretion of EQL by Kerrits.

My order hasn't arrived yet, can I get an update

Track your order

Please log into your account through the 'Log In' button found in the header on the EQL header and review your order history. Your tracking information can be found there. It may take up to 48 hours after an order has shipped for tracking information to appear. You can also track your order from your Shipping Confirmation email.
