Our everyday free shipping policy is free standard shipping on orders over $125 shipping to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Where We Ship

Shipping Within the United States

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Orders received Monday-Friday will ship within 1-2 business days. We ship all standard shipping orders in the continental US via UPS Ground. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days unless UPS Expedited (2-3 Days) shipping was selected at checkout. However we cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for expedited shipping.

International Customers
International customers may choose to ship their orders through our International Checkout option. We use a third party shipping company that provides shipping options tailored to your country as well as allowing you to prepay any duties and fees for the order.
 
We ship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Kuwait, Namibia, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Belgium, Iceland, Japan, Taiwan, France, Ireland, Italy, Brazil.

International orders shipped from the Kerrits warehouse are sent via USPS. Allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive before contacting Kerrits Customer service with questions. These orders may be subject to additional duties upon arrival at its destination. These duties are your responsibility.

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email or by logging in to your account and going to your Order History

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may shipped in multiple packages. Shipping Confirmation emails will be sent when each item is shipped. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

How to Track Your Order

There are two easy ways to track your order:

  • Log in to your account by clicking on "Log In" in the header of the site and go to the Order History section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include a tracking number.

Processing Time

  • We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. At this time, our shipping department does not work on Saturday, Sunday, or certain holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.)
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
