What is a Kerrits e-gift card?

A Kerrits e-gift card is the perfect gift for any rider or horse lover. The e-gift card will be sent via email to the buyer and can be printed or forwarded to the recipient to redeem only at or Each e-gift card contains a code to be entered at checkout. Kerrits e-gift cards can be ordered in set amounts from $25.00 to $250.00.

How can I redeem my Kerrits e-gift card?

To redeem an e-gift card online, enter the e-gift card code on the shipping page at checkout. E-gift cards can only be used at or, not at retail stores (but please support your local tack store when you can!).

Can I reload my Kerrits e-gift card?

No, our e-gift cards can only be used until there is no longer a balance left.

Why can't I find my e-gift card?

Do you sell physical gift cards?

Right now, we only offer electronic gift (e-gift) cards which are redeemable exclusively at The e-gift card is emailed to the buyer and can be forwarded to the lucky recipient or printed if you’d like a physical copy—the email does feature a super-cute horse picture!

Can I check my e-gift card balance?
You can check your balance by entering your e-gift card code here.
You can also check the balance of your e-gift card by calling customer service at 800-274-7946. You will need the email address used for the original order to check the balance (if someone forwarded you the e-gift card, you can find the original email address that way!).

Are e-gift cards refundable?

Our e-gift cards are non-refundable. If your unused e-gift card has been lost or stolen and we are able to identify it, we can disable it and reissue a new e-gift card. If it has been used, we can't reissue a new e-gift card.

Can I use my gift card for international orders?

No, please note that E-Gift Cards can only be used on domestic orders within the United States.
