Personalization FAQs

• Please type in a name exactly as you want it to appear. This means, if you want your name in lowercase, type it that way. If you want it all UPPERCASE, type it that way. For example, all lowercase "jennifer", all UPPERcase "JENNIFER", and mixed "Jennifer. We will embroider or screen print it exactly as it's entered. 25 characters maximum for names.
• We have 5 predefined fonts and multiple thread/ink colors to choose from.
• We cannot guarantee exact color matches.

• Custom text personalizations are offered in one color. You can select from a variety of available thread colors. Available colors will be shown during order setup.

Fonts available are: Arial, Goudy Old, Century Large, Lucida Calligraphy, Script MT

• Text Placement Options: Left Chest, Back Collar, Right Arm

• Pricing will update in your cart based on the locations and options you select. You will see the fees in your cart as you add personalized items to your cart.

• Please note, embroidery compromises waterproof or water-resistant items.

• Allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.

Personalized products are final sale and not eligible for returns. We will not accept returns on mis-entered personalization information.
