Personalization FAQs
Custom Text Personalizations
- Please type in a name exactly as you want it to appear. This means, if you want your name in lowercase, type it that way. If you want it all UPPERCASE, type it that way. For example, all lowercase "jennifer", all UPPERcase "JENNIFER", and mixed "Jennifer. We will embroider or screen print it exactly as it's entered. 25 characters maximum for names.
- We have 5 predefined fonts and multiple thread/ink colors to choose from.
- We cannot guarantee exact color matches.
Thread Color Options for Embroidery
- Custom text personalizations are offered in one color. You can select from a variety of available thread colors.
Ink Color Options for Screen Printing
- Custom text personalizations are offered in one color. You can select from 5 available ink colors.
Font Options
Choose from any of the 5 font options presented for text personalizations.
Placement on Garment
- Text Placement Options: Left Chest, Back Collar (embroidery only), Right Arm
Pricing
- Pricing will update in your cart based on the locations and options you select. You will see the fees in your cart as you add personalized items to your cart.
Waterproofing
- Please note, embroidery compromises waterproof or water-resistant items.
Lead time
- Allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.
Returns
Personalized products are final sale and not eligible for returns. We will not accept returns on mis-entered personalization information.
Team and Club Orders
- If you'd like to place an order for a team or barn, the easiest way to place an order with Kerrits is to fill out our Personalization Order Form which can be downloaded here. This form includes all the prices and options available. Fill out all relevant information and submit it to customerservice@kerrits.com. Kerrits will contact you for payment. If you are placing any orders with logos, please also include your logo file with your order form.
