Definitely waterproof and comfortable. The opening is a smidge wider so boot cut pants are necessary if you don't want pieces of hay or shavings to sneak their way in.

Awesome boot, great fit! I wear them every morning to the chickens and the barn. My feet are dry in the wet grass, good traction, easy to slip out of on the back porch when I’m done. I’m very satisfied.

Horse farm owner in Buffalo NY. Best boot. Waterproof which keeps my feet warm and dry even in 1 degree weather. Very supportive and has a great wider toe box so it doesnt pinch my wider feet. I used to always buy a different brand till I discovered these and now will only buy these in the future.

This is the second pair I've purchased. I wore the other pair so much, I finally wore them out. This is the only pair of boots I ride in and also wear for barn work. I've also worn them for everyday use. I love the slip on feature. I have wide ankles and these don't bind at the top. They are very cushy and resilient so they are comfortable to stand and walk in all day. I also like the plain design so I can wear them at a schooling show with half chaps.

I was very excited to get my Coachella Barn Boots, my Ariats had seen better days. When I first tried them on they seemed a "little" large (I'm between an 8.5 and 9 depending on the shoe) but I wear my barn boots so much that I would rather have them a little big then too small. After wearing them for a few days, they felt very sloppy on my foot. They fit in the length but not anywhere else. My resolution to the problem was to add an insert to fill up the space and secure my foot more in the boot.
